Things to remember:

Make-up must be completed either 2 week before or 2 weeks after the missed meeting. Also, new RI rules permits make-up for any club function, including board meetings, committee members and any district or international meeting.

Once you have made up a meeting, download a Makeup form, print it, fill it out, and submit it to the Club Secretary or Executive Secretary.

Attendance and participation:

Missing four meetings in a row without a Make-Up is automatic loss of your classification and membership. The 50% Rule means in each 6-month period you must attain at least a 50% attendance; less than 50% is also an automatic loss of classification and membership. The 60% Rule applies to the time you attend the weekly meeting. You MUST attend at LEAST 36 minutes (60%) from the start of the meeting. NO CREDIT is given for violation of this Rule for attendance and a Make-Up would be necessary.
